Description

Another beautiful TransAm has just joined our fleet. This one is a 1980 version in Monreaux Red (maroon) with Carmine (red) vinyl bucket seats. This appears to be a two owner car. It was delivered to Arthur Pontiac in Cleveland Heights, Ohio in the spring of 1980. The original owner lovingly maintained the car until 2009 when it was bought with only 63,854 miles by the second owner (that's only 2200 miles a year). The car has been driven only 565 miles since. It is powered by the 4.9 liter (301 ci) V8 and 4 bbl carburetor with a limited slip differential and 3 speed automatic transmission. It is equipped with Power steering, power front disc brakes, A/C, tilt wheel, gauge package with tach and clock (which works). The paint looks as good as it dd the day the car drove off the showroom floor...the pictures are accurate. The interior is in like new condition...everything...seats, carpet, dash all show almost no signs of wear. Mechanically, there are no issues...brakes are good, trans shifts correctly, and suspension is tight. Frame and undercarriage are solid, looking like you'd expect for a car that has been driven 64,000 miles. If you're looking fora top notch 2nd generation Firebird give us a call.
