If you are a fan of original and unmolested cars, then you need to take a careful look at this 1964 Impala SS. Bob found this car just like Wayne Carini of chasing Classic Cars does. One day Bob received a phone call about this lady who had an old Impala SS in her barn. Always curious, Bob went to take a look (with the car hauler, of course). Next thing you know, here comes Bob, driving in the yard, with this '64 Impala SS on the back of the hauler. If there had been a crowd here at the time, it would've surrounded this car just staring. This car is in amazingly good original condition and has only 33,000 miles showing on the odometer. Mechanically, we have put a muffler on the right side, installed 4 brand new radial tires, and had the mechanic go over the engine to make sure it would run like it did in 1964. Cosmetically, we wet sanded and buffed the paint and freshened up under the hood. Other than that, the car is a totally original time capsule of 1964. It is powered by a 327 mated to a Powerglide transmission. The white vinyl interior is in remarkably good condition. There are no rips or tears and no signs of extreme wear.
